Who Can Participate
- Between the ages of 2 and 45 and have a parent, brother/sister, or child with T1D
- Between the ages of 2 and 20 and have an aunt/uncle, cousin, grandparent, niece/nephew, or half-brother/sister with T1D
- OR
- Between the ages of 2 and 45 and have tested positive for at least one T1D related autoantibody outside of TrialNet

- Patients in the US diagnosed with Stage 2 T1D who are planned to initiate TZIELD treatment according to the currently approved label or who have initiated TZIELD treatment within 6 months prior to enrollment
